Interesting article in “Bits” a technology blog in today’s New York Times.  It discusses software by Teneros which is available to employers so that they can monitor all employees’ social networking sites and their discussions on the sites.

    That software is not even needed. You would be shocked what is available under the standard Windows XP package for employee monitoring.
